No stay. Owner refused to accept ******* reservation due to his issues w *******. Tried to double bill me. Rude and aggressive. Shouted expletives and threatened me. We each called law enforcement on each other. I will never ever use ******* or Quality Inn for lodging again. I was forced to find alternate lodging and paid the same for much better hospitality. It seems both ******* and quality have forgotten they are in the hospitality business. Made my life miserable after 11 hours drive. No fault of mine. I simply booked online only to be treated terribly. Thankfully I am now a happy IHG member. That’s how commerce works. Customers go where they are treated best. ******* and Quality Inn can dance into the sunset together as bad examples. I wish you the best in bankruptcy. Have a VP contact me before I leave both Yelp and Google reviews. Or not. peace

Very specious room and comfortable bed. Hot breakfast was a huge plus serving real apple and orange juice.

This hotel was fine for a quick overnight to break a long trip up but I’d never stay here for longer. Room was clean and bed was fine, but breakfast was terrible. Very limited options and what I think was supposed to be oatmeal was inedible. Restaurant that is next door that staff recommended was fine. Lots of noise from main road and i81.

Room clean and the young man at the front desk was personable and courteous. He also too the time to make a courteous call prior to our arrival.

I did not eat breakfast as I wanted to leave early. I have stayed here several times and always am satisfied with my stay. The restaurant next door is phenomenal and that is another perk.
