The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Our hotel room when we first checked in had crumbs all in the made up bed. When I went downstairs to let him know, he quickly changed our room to another room. It was a smaller room without the jetted tub but i was just ready to be in a room

I don't believe we were changed for it (I believe we were charged for a standard room) so I can't complain too much but there was a Jacuzzi tub in our room but it wasn't hooked up and usable. The rest of the room was clean and functional.

The pool was the perfect temperature. A cooler one, heated lazy river, and a hot tub. I only interacted with one staff member- the gentleman working evenings during the week. He was wonderful. The location is incredible.

The bed blankets were the worst I ever seen with red stain and what looked like rotted holes so I requested another one and it was almost as bad so I used our own blankets for 3 of the 4 days I had booked for but left before our last day.

We walked in, the guy at the desk was pretty nice. Went up to our room, it smelled nasty. The bathroom had no shower curtain, and I am not disabled, so I did not need the stool in the shower, unless we asked for it, it shouldnt be there. The bottom of the shower was disgusting. We immediatly went back down stairs and checked out. We booked a different hotel.

The room was great. Didn’t expect the jacuzzi tab. The pool could have been warmer. Loved the lazy river and hot tub. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!
