This hotel is an older one and the rooms are alright. The staff here are respectful and any problems I have run into have been fixed immediately.

So gross! The room was so dirty we left after a few minutes. There was pet hair and trash on the floor, a giant spider and some other bug (?) in the bed, stained sheets and mattress covers so I suspect bedbugs. The bathroom had dried pee on a wobbly seat, hair on the sink. It also smelled like smoke and dogs. The front desk (who was nice and the only positive in that dump) said that I could get refunded after contacting ******* but now management is not honoring the refund request. Avoid this place!

Wrong was disgusting. A non smoking facility but 2 of of 3 blankets had cigarette holes burned into them. Toilet had a black ring mold in it. Bath tub had orange mold around the drain. Someone else’s food in the mini fridge and someone else’s trash in the trash can.
Went to the front desk to bring attention to these problems to a young woman named “ash penny” who didn’t show any empathy or willingness to fix these problems. Gave me the reservation number to call back because he manger Mike that she wouldn’t give me the last name of wasn’t in the hotel to address these long existing problems this location has.

bathroom was dirty, bathroom door did not close properly, empty soap bottle was lying on the floor, the bath tub has huge nasty stain. the breakfast was only few sweet unhealthy snacks and coffee.
