The room was ok. But the cockroaches were a nice surprise. And sitting on the couch made me feel itchy during my so called sleep

The staff checking us in, was very nice. When we got up to our rooms and got us and our girls ready for bed, we noticed a red stain on our mattress, went down to the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms and was told that they were sold out. They did not offer to come and change the bed, but I did ask if I could have additional Sheets just to remake it myself. But overall, I would not stay at this place again.

通常情况下，智选假日酒店（Comfort Inn）在各方面都表现不错，但这家店给我的感觉就是普普通通。我和家人深夜入住，差不多晚上11点了。给我们的房间看起来不干净，闻起来也不好闻。我开了5个小时的车，已经很累了，不想再回去前台花30分钟去换房间，也不想打扰到旁边的住客。我注意到，如果你入住得晚，给的房间质量往往不怎么样，所以我之前特意打电话给前台，请求他们安排一间好点的房间，但结果并没有什么改善。此外，只给了一张房卡。床看起来也不干净。洗澡体验也很糟糕。唯一好的地方是早餐非常棒，热水浴缸也很不错。总的来说，这是一家很一般的酒店，以后我不会再选择这家了。

不会再入住这家酒店，也不建议带孩子的人入住这种环境。房间里有人吸烟，我们路过走廊时，亲眼目睹了有人打开房门出去，房间里的布置就像他们住在那里一样。整个走廊都弥漫着难闻的气味。毛巾和床单数量有限。地毯上有一大块污渍，浴室需要翻新并更换地毯。床倒是挺舒服的。
