We came in about 9:00 pm so got 330 way down the hall and no king beds available. The air conditioner was very noisy with metal ringing sound when cooling kicked in and we could not sleep. The nice gentleman at the deck allowed us to move to 332 with better air but either next door or across the hall there was a party very loud and lot of slamming of doors. We went to bed around 11:00 - 11:30 with a loud sound machine to driwn out the noise. Also, not sure why breakfast ends at 9:00 am and not 9:30 or 10:00 like other Comfort Suites and Inns.

Tim at the front desk was wonderful. He was friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean and we had a wonderful breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs, and sausage. The only negative which really was not their fault was the building had been struck by lightning the week before, so the Jacuzzi wasn’t working I don’t view that as a problem that could happen to anyone. I would recommend this place to anyone

Only problem was the air conditioner didnt work. It was old while the rest of the room was updated and nice and spacious. We had to change rooms. Beds were great.

There were multiple police officers in the rear parking lot arresting a suspect other than that it was a good stay

Chose this property because it was the only one in the area with a hot tub. We had been driving several hours for days and needed the physical therapy. Got there and hot tub was “under construction.” Receptionist said we would have known that if we booked direct to their website as third party dealers didn’t care. Went to hotel website- no mention of hot tub down. Thumbs down on amenities.

This was a quick overnight trip with friends to attend a concert. We were given rooms right next to each other, which was great. Staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast options were good, and the location was convenient. This was our second time booking this hotel, and I'm sure there will be more in the future!

Hot tub was closed. We had selected this hotel because it had a hot tub. Pool was too cold for us. Room and staff were nice.

NO INSIDE HOT TUB EITHER IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR BEING TAKEN OUT LIKE ADVERTISED AND POOL WAS INSIDE AS WELL BUT NOT HEATED AS ADVERTISED!!! The whole reason for the choice of that motel….
A true bummer, everything else was great and lady at front desk was very nice

easy on/off the highway, the welcome greeting at the desk was terrific, the facility overall was very clean,
the pool area was very disappointing and a key element for my booking decision, the pool was murky, the entrance door was kept open with duct tape and the hot tub is closed for repairs
