Nice beds! Poolside was great! Everyone friendly! A couple of housekeeping items: fix gap on door/frame(#118), door rubs on tile floor, and parking lot needs fixing and resurfacing.

The staff and room were great! But the walls must be paper thin. Could hear the people in next room. The ones upstairs. And the slamming of the door down the hall of people going in and out half the night. Finally got to sleep about 1:00 AM when everyone went to bed finally.

We were given a pool-side room that was not requested. They were fully booked, or we would have requested a room change. The chlorine smell bothers me. The noise from the pool was incredibly loud. The kids were supposed to be out of the pool by 10 pm, but kids and very loud adults were there until 11 pm. The door to the room did not fit properly and there was light from the bottom and top, plus this made every noise from the hallway very loud in the room and the continuous door slamming was awful until almost midnight. My friend and I are both diabetic and all the breakfast items were high carb--no egg, protein options except for a few small yoghurts. The hotel seemed understaffed, especially in the morning--no one checking on supplies in the breakfast room, unless someone spoke to the single person at the desk for checking out people. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one has the only one in several years that I have given this low of a review and would never stay in again or recommend.

The staff that was there was excellent, helpful, friendly, efficient, competent-- however they were short staffed so there was not consistent room service, the pool was clean, the breakfast was basic but nice with wafflemaker, yogurt, frozen jimmy dean sandwiches, cereal, milk, the breakfast area was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, our room was clean and did not smell like cigarette residue, good for families or anyone

Room not ready until 9:00pm :(

Very displeased because the room was not ready when we arrived. We said we would be there at 5:00 pm. Actually arrived at 8:00 and still had to wait an hour to check in. Not acceptable!

Older building but looked to have been recently renovated. Overall a comfortable stay and comfy beds. Bathroom was pretty old and smells like cigarette smoke, not sure if it’s stuck in the tub or if the last person had smoked in there. Standard continental breakfast in the morning.

We had gotten a recommendation from a friend who said this was a great hotel. When we walked into the hotel there's 2 sets of steep concrete stairs leading to check in desk. There are no elevators. I'm not sure how anyone handicapped can check in. The floors everywhere are warped. The smell is old & rotten. To get to rooms, you have to walk up another set of steep, narrow steps. If you have a lot of luggage, u will have to carry them down those steep stairs & then back to your room, no carts. Front desk team were friendly. The room doors don't fit in the frame well, hard to open/close. Something was leaking in the bathroom next to tub. The room we reserved was supposedly a premium room, 2 nights-$511. This place isn't worth that much money! I heard every door slam last night. The shower isn't for tall people, I'm 6'1, shower head came to my chest. There is Dove shampoo /conditioner, bar soap in the shower, which was cool.
