Family stayed in 6 rooms for bereavement stay. All rooms had minimal hot water. We were told multiple people must be taking a shower at the same time. Keys kept demagnetizing. We were told the outside door lock was the cause. Very inconvenient. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had these issues. Not sure what is going on.

This hotel has poor customer service personnel working the front desk. Was double charged without a full explanation and when I mentioned this the attitude was as though it’s not her concern and in addition to the poor customer service the website says pets allowed but does not mention the $100 non refundable fee. I feel robbed by this hotel. I traveled from out of state and had no knowledge of additional fees until the clerk just points at the pet fee sign. This is unconscionable to take advantage of travelers this way. I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again and please pass this one by
