I did not use the laundry services. Check-in staff could barely speak English. The carpet on the stairs was ratty and filthy. Carpet on the 2nd floor not quite as bad.
Parking was well lit. Mattresses were new and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and towels. No complimentary box of tissue in the bathroom. (Minor detail). Walls through out the room, stairwell and halls were dirty and sticky. Microwave tiny but clean.
Will not stay again. Would not recommend.

Total basic. No shampoo, conditioner, tissues, or accent chair. No outlet near the bed. They had coffee in the lobby. It seems like they were trying to remodel hotel.
