The tub wouldn't drain. We moved to a new room in the middle of the night and the same thing kept happening. No accomodations were offered by the staff either.

The tubs in the sinks do not drain correctly. We went from one rooms to another in the middle of the night and it didn't get any better.

The shower/tub was very chipped. It needs replacing. The floor around the toilet needs a more than a superficial cleaning.

Hotel is showing signs of advanced age. Standing in shower makes all kinds of noise in bottom of tub. Elevator makes scary loud sounds. Everything is old and faded.. Staff is very friendly and helpful, which makes it all worthwhile.

There was trash in the window sill, the bed was not comfortable, and the bathroom tub and wall near the tub needed to be cleaned better. Probably needs to have the caulking redone.

The staff was fantastic. They were all so friendly and helpful. We really liked talking with Laura. She was so nice and a pleasure to talk with.

酒店还不错，前台员工糟糕透了。
酒店设施不错，床也很舒服。唯一的小抱怨是大堂员工。他们不太友好，服务也不太好。此外，办理入住时，他们要求我们出示美国公民身份证，或者其他能证明我们团里有人在美国居住或拥有美国居留权的证明。在我的整个旅行生涯中，从未在任何一家酒店被要求过这样的服务。如果我们是出国旅行，怎么可能出现这种要求？我们不得不请团里一位熟人帮忙办理入住。真是令人不快。
