The hotel is under a much needed renovation and you could tell. The ice-machine on our 3rd floor room did not work and it hasn’t worked in a while. I’m glad they are renovating it because Tina good hotel that needs renovating!

Very nice accomodation. Very clean, spacious room. Very well appointed breakfast menu. Of special note.....front desk attendant. Michele H. was extremely pleasant to deal with. She really went over and above to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. Some people are extremely well suited to the service industry, and Michele is one of those persons. Her dedication to her job alone will keep me coming back when I'm in the Roanoke area.

The outlets were loose; the hotel needs an upgrade all around. The hotel had a mildew smell to it. I don't think I would stay here again.

Lights in room were not working properly. Must have been a short, Alarm clock phone,all not working. Front desk could not help.

Staff friendly, beds comfortable, towels clean. Overall was ok but hotel, particularly floors, felt dirty. I guess that’s what $175 gets you these days.

Room was clean, staff very attentive and professional, and breakfast was great! We were only there for a very short stay, to sleep and have breakfast before leaving. Would stay again.
