The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. They had sticky floors, cracked walls, the TV didn’t work, the bedspread had holes in them, and the staff didn’t respond when told.

People were working on their vehicles. Is this an extended stay Hotel? The room looked shabby and worn out. I did not feel safe for myself or my personal property. I had such a bad feeling about this place that I left around 9 PM and drove home to Indiana. I will NOT stay at this hotel again. I feel I should get a refund as I did not stay the night. TY

No so good!
Service was fine but there was not TV or Wifi and was not time to rebook our hotel so had no other choice but to stay the night.

Almost Perfect!!
The room was very comfortable and I slept soundly in a spacious king-size bed. I was disappointed the coffee pot was broken and no one was at the front desk at checkout at 8:45 am to thank, or accept my keycard. Overall, a surprising pleasure!!!!

My husband had to change rooms twice. In the second room, he cut his ankle on something on the bed while he slept. It bled a lot. He complained and was given another room that wasn't much better, but he was told was one of the best rooms.

It’s very close to the freeway. The prices are reasonable but that also brings a different group of people

only booked for one night had no towels washcloth or soap in the room. when i went to let front desk know they said they didn't have anymore. i asked for a refund to book with a hotel that can accommodate the basics, that's when they suddenly could provide me with towels and washcloth, they looked like they have been washed but dingy and dirty. all red roofs are not like this. this one location just had bad management/owners. would have went to the red roof not to far from this one
这绝对是我这辈子住过最糟糕的地方,简直恶心透顶。没有卫生纸,没有擦脸巾或毛巾,没有水,马桶也冲不了,脏得要死。电视坏了,只有一个灯勉强亮着,房间里臭气熏天。一整晚都有人敲我的门,我叫了个披萨,结果被那个女的偷走了,真是丢人又恶心。你拥有这样的酒店简直应该感到羞耻,省省时间吧,这种地方千万别住,绝对不行!
