The pictures are NOT the same!!! We arrived to find it completely different from the pictures … dirty, trash was over flowing literally… it was like a homeless shelter … the bed was literally half up/ half down … the lights didn’t work, the bathtub was BROWN. Not only did it smell… when we went to speak to the non caring clerk a man stopped my wife and told her he could tell we weren’t from there, the homeless all rent rooms there for cheap. A woman was “tweaking” in the hallway. It was absolutely terrible! I have requested a full refund waiting to hear back! We left and got a room else where!

Check was fine. Dont try to check in early. There is charge. We arrived at 1:45 from another state. Check in was 3. We were just checking to see if it was possible. Never told there was a charge before check in time. Ever. Weird. Anyways. Room was comfy. Bathroom was nice. Some of the furniture was worn, but worked fine. Elevator was stuck when we were checking out. Employee was in it. She was not happy. Price was ok. Would stay again when in the area.

Check in staff was not friendly or helpful, she did not inform how to get to my room, breakfast hours, any details of parking. I find it hard to believe there was no public restroom I could use prior to check in. The clerk at checkout didn’t ask how my stay was. Not a very hospitable experience. Would not recommend.

The room wasn't dirty but it wasn't
Clean. The air conditioner was falling apart. I got bitten by a bed bug or spider.I reported it to the manager but he really didn't show interest. I told I had pictures but he didn't want to see them. Said he would make a report.

Key cards not working, room wouldn’t lock when leaving and locked out of room also. Staff extremely rude would not recommend to anyone to stay here, please save yourself the money and stay somewhere else, even your car would be better than here!

Had to wait for room to be finished cleaning, sat for 20 minutes when check in time was an hour and a half prior. Only downside. Was relatively clean and comfy, felt safe

Everything was good the only issue was an unpleasant smell in the room. Even though we bought pray and sprayed it to smell good. When we got back to the room that smell was still there.

The staff was so kind!
It worked as a place to stay for one night in the area where I needed to stay. The staff was super friendly. 10/10 there. But the bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were thin. The people above me sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping things on the floor all night. Legitimately waking me up from midnight to 3 am when they eventually went to sleep. This is not the hotels fault at all. I probably should have called the front desk since the staff was so kind - but I wasn’t quite sure how to handle it.
