No frills cheap price
my room was ground floor next to the stairwell and near the pool. There was a lot of noise. the outside of the facility did not look inviting. However, once I got into the room, it was adequate for what I needed, and it was inexpensive compared to other offerings in the area

Due to the bad weather we had in South Carolina we didn't get to go. I thought i had canceled my reservation in plenty of time but still got charged for the trip

A good value for an affordable hotel. Room was modern and clean.
I was on an adventure vacation, I was not looking to spend a lot of time in the hotel.
Room was clean every day, staff was friendly and professional.
Location is very convenient to everything.

For the price I didn't expect much but the toilet was dirty around the hinges, the crack between the door and frame was so open that you could hear everything happening about you and light coming through. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and I booked for 5 guests and had 3 towels, 2 hand towels, and 3 washcloths to work with to get our showers in. Price was great but if you stay here don't expect much.

The room had a foul smell. I think it may have been mold. There was a strong downpour rain and water came in through the door. The staff were immediately out in the walkway trying to sweep up the water after the rain however it had already leaked through the door.
