Staff was wonderful, from the desk to the cleaning crew! Room had a slow draining sink and tub. Room could have been cleaner, but not super bad. Safe area, near everything! Would stay again.

Room door looked and felt like it was about to fall off. Sink and shower drains backed up and took a while to drain. Toilet wasn’t bolted down wobbled when you sat down.

We were put in a handicap accessible room. Why?? It smelled awful. The bathroom was awful. When I took a shower, the whole room was flooded—curbless shower (I understand) but the shower head aimed out towards the flimsy shower curtain! There was no counter or vanity to put any thing on. I probably won’t stay again.
