The person who checked us in was friendly; the person on the front desk in the morning was surly and unapproachable.
The door to our room would not close all the way (though we could lock the turning device) and we had a cool breeze and a neighbor's smoke sneaking in during the night.
When the trash can was full at breakfast the surly desk person just rolled an uncovered trash can out into the dining area. YUCK!

This hotel is a dump. There are no elevators, front desk staff was unprofessional and in jeans. There was someone asleep on the only piece of furniture in their tiny lobby. A small child was left alone running around in pajamas and watching tv at 12:30 in the morning. The part of the office I could see was dirty and a mess. The ceiling tiles behind the desk and in the office were gross. I left and found another hotel.
这是我第四次住这家酒店了。前台员工沟通顺畅，服务态度也很好。但是，浴室内部非常恶心，也很脏。我觉得他们没有在客人退房后仔细打扫。
房间超级冷，因为门缝一直在漏风。关上门后，门和门框之间有一条很大的缝隙。我发誓那个房间真是超级冷，花了两个小时暖气才上来。当我打电话寻求帮助时，没有人接听，我留了语音邮件也没人回，我发了邮件也没收到回复。
酒店环境很好，很安静，员工也很友善，喜欢和客人聊天。从今以后我都会选择住这里。
工作人员友好且乐于助人。房间又大又干净。
很棒，而且很干净。
空调太吵了，根本睡不着。
整体体验非常糟糕。
