For the price we recieved for a Sunday night in duluth with free shuttle to the free bentlyville lights one can not complain. The bed, pillows and sheets were upper quality. Pool, sauna and hot tub all in good shape. Breakfast normal free buffet breakfast. Felt that the carpet was not thoroughly cleaned as there was imbeded something (frosting/food?) Infront of first queen bed and was hastily vacuumed or someone walked in shedding lint prior to our check in is possible as it appeared just in the walkway infront of beds.

Very nice and clean place inside and out along with the pool area. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Price was reasonable and would recommend and come again.

Staff was friendly and amenities were nice. Only critique is their free breakfast, they could do a better job a refilling the hot food options. Not doing so makes the hotel look very stingy and cheap.

Quite nice base for a couple nights with spouse and teen.

Hotel was busy over MEA break, but everything was clean and breakfast was well-stocked. Staff friendly and efficient.

Lots of kids, but hotel still quiet overnight. Pool and hottub area attractive, and large enough for a few families/groups at the same time.

Only problem we encountered was that the room got weirdly humid, and we never did figure out how to deal with that. Temperature was easy to adjust, as was fan, but humidity sort of stayed.

Comfortable beds, convenient location. There was a pretty wide variety of standard hotel breakfast options, and items were re-stocked throughout the morning. I appreciated the tasty breakfast potatoes. Some topping other than salt and pepper would be nice - maybe hot sauce or salsa.

Overall a nice hotel that we'd stay at again.

Front desk girl was extremely pleasant and welcoming! I didn’t catch her name. Close to local riverfront attractions and dining. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed. Would stay here again.
