Clean room and staff is wonderful. I had a room with kids jumping above me and they gave me a new room for the second night.

The noise. The walls had absolutely no sound deadening and I could hear a whisper from the room next door. Further, there was some tween girls group there and these girls were running around the hallways yelling and singing and stomping their feet, slamming doors. The hotel didn't bother to put me in a room far from this group but right in the midst of it. I left a night early because it was so bad and they didn't even offer to give me a credit on my account for not staying a second night or anything. The front desk attendance just said, "We'll check you out, have a good night." In 30 years of staying in hotels for business or pleasure, this was the single loudest and noisiest hotel I have ever tried to stay at. I would never recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful respite on Lake Superior.

Very nice room. Clean, well stocked, roomy. Within walking distance of all the fun things! Great hot tub. Nice staff.

The hotel is conveniently located in Canal Park with views of Lake Superior and the Aerial Lift Bridge. They offered a decent breakfast with a variety of options. The staff were friendly.

本来一切都堪称完美，直到我们入住的最后一晚，楼上房间听起来像是在开运动会。我们住在一楼，可以欣赏到美丽的湖景，而且几步之遥就是木栈道。我们来这里是为了看大船来来往往（我老公喜欢），这个位置简直再好不过了。房间很大，非常干净……铺了新地板，窗户可以打开，床也很舒服。
