Everything was dirty and the hotel is not well maintained. We couldn’t even move in the night because the beds would wake me up of how bad they would squeak! Never again

The entrance was clean n fancy but the room had so many water stains torn wallpaper broken closet doors no care to the entertainment the guest customer service rep at counter was not polite she was not paying attention to the quality of personal care very rude no eye contact no concern to explain what amenities did not say when or where the Continental break was in am did absolutely zero to give me a room with the 140buks I spent to sit in a gross room w broken blinds n itchy sheets

Was good enough to sleep and take a shower. The pool is kinda gross but overall it's not bad. I don't know that I would visit again though

The staff was excellent and ensured we had everything we needed. The amenities were great. Staff maintained cleanliness of the whole property.

The property itself was good. The room door wouldnt close unless you slammed it which was very loud at 2am. The toiletries weren't great, not the end of the world. I'd stay again.

Not clean, not inviting during check-in, no shower curtain on a tub shower. We were not the only ones at the front desk trying to get things straightened out. From the sounds of it, our room was better than the others filing complaints. Bathroom was pretty skanky. We checked out the next day and went elsewhere. I would not recommend it.

First of all, we get there at check-in time and are told we have to wait because our room is not ready yet. It took about 15-20 min of waiting. We are told that the pool is not warm enough yet and that it would take about an hour. However, we are still allowed to use the pool. It wasn’t too cold fortunately. We get back to the room and there is no water pressure. I call the front desk and the clerk tells me that the city has turned off the water for about 15 min, but the way she told me was with a lack of patience. Regarding the room, it was adequate. The bathroom however, had some cracks in the walls and looked old. Breakfast was adequate.

Everything from check in to check out was better than I expected. Front desk staff was helpful and efficient, the room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The smart TV was nice sized and easy to use, coffee and breakfast was great,
房间中规中矩，之前是酒店转手易主后重新装修，有点粗糙！游泳池恒温，特别少人游，舒服！地点离开downtown 比较远，周边交通不是太方便。适合自驾出游！服务员态度很好，不过早餐很简单，将就着吃！
