The lady at the front desk was nice. There was white patches on the drywall of our room i’m assuming from engineering . Should possibly put that room out of service.

Air unit leaked all night and soaked the floor, leaving a moldy smell, wet feet and a terrible night sleep. I notified the Hotel, but no one followed up or addressed the issue.

The staff was extremely kind and gave great recommendations for wineries and places to eat. Our room upgrade was an ama,ing surprise. The bed was made every day and the continental breakfast was better than expected. We would deffinently stay ahain!

Short curt visit
Room was much smaller than expected. Bathroom shower curtain was short and caused water to flow out and all the way into the hallway. Poor ventilation left the room wet to the next day. At xhexyin, the attendant was quite curt and almost rude. As if it was putting him out to check me in.

Wonderful place to stay in Healdsburg!
Room was spotless. Bed very comfortable. We especially like the remote control for controlling air/heating. So easy to use!
