The staff was extremely kind and gave great recommendations for wineries and places to eat. Our room upgrade was an ama,ing surprise. The bed was made every day and the continental breakfast was better than expected. We would deffinently stay ahain!

Short curt visit
Room was much smaller than expected. Bathroom shower curtain was short and caused water to flow out and all the way into the hallway. Poor ventilation left the room wet to the next day. At xhexyin, the attendant was quite curt and almost rude. As if it was putting him out to check me in.

Wonderful place to stay in Healdsburg!

Not bad, and the discount at nearby restaurant almost made up for lack of breakfast at hotel. But not quite. Healdsburg is disappointing in general, shopping only for one percenters, no cinema, no live theater fr heavenssake…a town built by for and about wine tourism.

The Western Wappo and Southern Pomo peoples originally thrived here, living from the land’s abundance and creating some of the world’s finest woven baskets.In 1841, Captain Henry Fitch claimed the area as part of his Sotoyome Rancho, and a decade later, Harmon Heald, an Ohio native and former gold seeker, founded the town by building a general store and post office along what is now Healdsburg Avenue. Incorporated in 1867, the town grew rapidly thanks to its fertile valleys, railroad connection, and the recreational draw of the Russian River. I love it!
I want to say it’s bad so it won’t be booked up the next time I want to stay here, but I can’t. What a great little hotel with awesome staff and a breakfast that included a few GF items. I will definitely stay here again soon! For reference, I’m Marriott Platinum for Life so I was a tad worried about booking here…but I was extremely pleased with the comfort, location and overall quality of this cute little place.

Good price; very clean; quiet; excellent bed. Best of all, the location is close to everything. I visited two wineries in Sonoma, one winery in Napa (Calistoga) and Point Reyes National Sea Shore not far from Petaluma. Although all of these places were not close to one another, I was able to access each of these locations easily and quickly from this hotel's location. I would estimate that no drive was greater than one hour. Some drives were less than an hour. I will return to this hotel in the future for my winery visits in Sonoma and Nappa.
