Room was clean. We just returned from a trip and had large luggage. We are 75 and 81years old and there was no elevator. I booked a handicap room but they move us.

Our room s toilet leaked every time it was used, the entire room smelled moldy and dirty. For the price of almost $300 the room doesn’t even meet basic needs.

Didnt even get out of the car. Not what the pictures presented at all. People loitering outside. Had to scramble to find a place to stay and the hotel we found even said it was not a good place to stay at all

Well when we went the pool and hot tub were not avaliable and were down and thats the one thing we were expecting and yeah bot good

RJ at the front desk was the best thing about the hotel. He was kind and friendly. But the property as a whole was a mess. Our first room we walked into was unclean and had drug on the counter. Walked down and was given a new room. Breakfast in the morning is rough to say the least it’s the bare basics. Room was clean but could use a update and can definitely hear other rooms.

The outside looks a little rough but inside very nice will definitely be coming back again. Unfortunately they were upgrading pool while we were here but that being said nice to know there upgrading everything for the guests. Really happy about the fact their pet friendly.

It was convenient to shopping and such , but the pool and hot tub were down for renovation so that’s one of the reasons I booked the room and it was half way in between everything we wanted to do , the breakfast was very good with a waffle maker and tons of options

Arrived at 5pm to find out no rooms were ready, then they had one that was just about ready, but the ac didn't work. We ended up leaving, taking a loss. They couldn't offer anything due to them but being prepared for people checking in, who had a reservation. Very disappointing.

无烟楼里烟味很重。选择这家设施完全是因为泳池，结果泳池已经关闭，而且坏了。
早餐的牛奶过期了。烤面包机几乎烤不熟，榨汁机只能选择功能，没有签名显示故障，大堂的饮水机也坏了。大堂桌上的咖啡奶精过期了（已经分离且结块）。
