我们选择入住马尔斯酒店 (Hotel Les Mars) 作为蜜月旅行的最后两晚，结果却非常失望。酒店服务态度极其恶劣。我们周六下午4:30到达酒店时，竟然一个人都没有。前台空无一人，礼宾部也无人值守。前台贴着一张纸条，说礼宾部很快就会回来，并让我们拨打一个电话号码寻求帮助。然而，电话无人接听。我们只好在酒店里四处寻找，最后才找到一位客房服务人员，但她也帮不上忙，所以我们只好自己去找钥匙，因为晚餐就要迟到了！而且这并非个例，当我们去代客泊车取车时，同样的事情再次发生。
We enjoyed our stay. Very welcoming and professional staff. Rooms were beautiful and clean.

The staff were amazing, always welcoming and eager to help us with recommendations or valeting our car. The room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The location of the hotel within town could not have been more convenient. 10m walk to basically anything you want to do in Healdsburg from breakfast to dinner. Would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a great evening at the hotel. Checked in a little early with complementary valet. Room was very comfortable with a nice fire place. Breakfast delivered to the room was exceptional good. Will be back.

作为一家号称隶属于罗莱夏朵 (Relais & Châteaux) 的酒店，这样的体验简直令人无法接受，甚至匪夷所思。你可能会觉得，身处葡萄酒产区的中心地带，酒店大堂应该会为客人举办葡萄酒招待会，尤其考虑到酒店里连餐厅或酒吧都没有。但事实并非如此，这里简直像一座鬼城，服务冷清，毫无热情，毫无活力。而我们却为这种糟糕的服务支付了如此高昂的价格，简直令人难以置信。
失望
之前入住体验不错，所以我们在4月24日再次入住，但这次却非常失望。这家酒店号称是高档酒店，收费也确实高，但服务却差强人意。
从我们抵达酒店开始，就感觉不对劲。当时没有人可以帮我们泊车（附近的停车场都满了），显然是人手不足。迎宾酒也没有。
房间令人失望。浴室里，水槽塞、水龙头盖和卫生纸都不见了。电视/有线电视只有Xfinity频道，根本无法登录任何流媒体服务。
酒店通常会在下午/晚上在图书馆举办一些活动，但这次什么也没有。尽管“客满”，酒店却冷冷清清，毫无生气。
第二天早上，浴室里弥漫着一股污水臭味。这根本不是什么高档酒店。
一楼接待处噪音很大，回声一直传到我们房间门口，而且持续到深夜，严重影响了我们的入住体验。这对于一家标榜提供一流体验的高档酒店来说实在是不妥。
