Room was not clean and one of the bed didn’t even have a blanket. The heating system was incredibly loud. The venue is beautiful but the room upkeep was terrible

we had a nice stay. we cane here for our wedding anniversary. we had a king room with fireplace, view from the window out to the gardens. the staff was very nice and helpful. A must try is the restaurant. We did room service and it got to us while it was hot. it was delicious and plentiful. I want the recipe for their potatoes which came with the shrimp basket. Also was the garden with walkways for a romantic walk around the lake.

Room was very clean. They accidently overcharged are card but immediately reimbursed it and gave us breakfast/drink vouchers to compensate. The only complaint i may have is that the rooms look fancier in the pictures then they actually were.

Nice Staff, even after hours. Room was clean, but had dead bugs inside door, bathtub, and toilet. I suppose better than live bugs, but still unsightly. Would have switched, but it was a late checkin, and just cleaned up myself.

Staff was fantastic, food waayyy over priced and I did not get what I ordered till I got to the room & the kitchen was closed. Both beds were crazy lumpy, back was killing me when I left. Will not go back.

The staff was amazing! The mother son team for the breakfast made it so much better! I’ve never met nicer people ! The mom and son worked together so well and were overly welcoming and kind! They made the experience so much better! The breakfast food was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel

这家酒店很一般，作为我的周年纪念之旅，多少有点让人失望。我付了早餐钱，但没人告诉我圣诞夜的早餐需要预订。结果可想而知，我非常失望，他们提供的早餐也远不如前一天的好。
前台的那位女士试图解决问题，态度也很好，但问题最终没有解决。
