Staff was helpful and extremely pleasant. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable especially after knee surgery. They helped with my packages and even gave me a new key card when mine was acting strange.

First room we received the A/C unit was messed up. Then we moved to another room and the TV didn’t work, although we didn’t need it for this trip it was still out, then upon looking there were multiple stains on the side of the bed and the hairdryer didn’t work as well. The pool was very small and the temp was super cold.

My stay
Room was clean but I booked an assemble room but there were no grab bars in the shower. Nor were there any bars around the toilet. At breakfast there was no butter and the juice machine wasn't working.

Would not stay again
Staff was nice which is the only reason I’m not giving it 1 star. We prepaid for the room but was still required to put an additional deposit on a credit card, that can take 5 days to release . The hallways smelled terrible, you can tell they allow pets. The room didn’t smell until the a/c unit was turned on. The room appeared clean until we saw it the next morning in the full light of day. Absolutely disgusting. Mystery stain everywhere.

Close enough to the ballpark to walk. Getting into the property from the main road can be tricky depending on the time of the day. A little bit of character activity in the surrounding areas.

We stayed to watch Braves baseball. Very nice accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, comfy room and beds. Very safe area, well lit and lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Close to the Battery neighbourhood and the ball diamond. Lots of parking. Only issue was we were a bit confused about how to get hot water in shower. I phoned the front desk and they explained how to get hot water. Suggestion might be to have a note in bathroom explaining how taps work. Other than that very satisfied.
