I booked ahead of time but the lady at the desk ran out of rooms so she bumped me up to an executive suite and my God was it nice!!! I felt

The staff was friendly but the room was not like what was pictured at all. When you first walked into the room the carpet in front of the bathroom had been cut up and placed back down and was fraying a lot. The dresser under the tv was missing a giant chunk of fake veneer-plastic on a lower drawer. One of the curtains was torn half off the wall-likely from someone not knowing the blackout curtains were behind the sheer ones. The popcorn ceiling was peeling in one spot, a pretty big crack. The bathroom had several stains and standing water was in the bathtub, the edges of the tub needed cleaning attention. When doing the normal “check for bugs” we found candy wrappers behind the bed and the pillows had visible stains on them-blood? The whole hotel smelled like moth balls or super cleaner, something. It was very strong and not really pleasant. I am very surprised others gave this a 10/10, I’d love to know what room they stayed in because it was not this room. I was overall very surprised by the poor conditions of this hotel and the lack of upkeep as all these things wouldn’t have “just happened” also it needs to be said I noticed as we were leaving that the elevator was last inspected November 2023. We were traveling as a family with two young children and chose not to stay and booked another hotel nearby that met our expectations as it wasn’t deceptive in pictures and descriptions.

Check in was fast and wonderful, breakfast was always hot and fresh with variety the pool was clean but cold but we didn't mind! We will most definitely stay again as we come to Atlanta alot!!!

Everything we experienced was great, we chose not to swim because the pool just looked stagnant and not so inviting, but the pool area was nice looking. Maybe if there were jets going in the pool so it was moving the water around it would've appeared better to us. It wasn't a big deal to us though to not swim. Great hotel and clean, very comfy beds, shower felt great.

我去亚特兰大参加了刀展。考虑到当时的时间点以及酒店离展会中心的距离，这个价格相当合理。员工们都很友善、乐于助人。我中午抵达酒店时，正好有空房，他们就让我提前入住了，省去了我等候的麻烦。非常感谢他们。
这家酒店很棒，入住手续办理得很顺利，工作人员也非常友善。唯一的问题是电视一直断网，给前台打电话后被告知要等到第二天早上7点才有人处理。
房间很干净，我很喜欢这个地方。
