My experience one night at Comfort Inn wasn't pleasant as the heater wasn't working even though cold hours, television channels were not accessible as there weren't programs to watch, could not connect Internet through WiFi even after following the instructions to get it connected. I was bored!

Room had a mustee smell and curtains(drapes) was stained. They never change the bed linens or take up the dirty towels for my entire stay. Staff was ok but there uniforms with old and tacky.

Got a connecting room and when we moved the chairs blocking the door there was pasta and all kinds of stuff that hasn’t been touched. Microwave stunk so bad we unplugged it. We got two rooms on the ground level and only one of the windows would lock in the rooms. Staff was friendly. The pool was too cold to enjoy. They had to have problems with the boiler for it not to be on. The rooms smelt of a musk and after the second day I had to ask the front desk for someone to clean our rooms because they had no plans on cleaning it, wasn’t on anyone’s list when I asked one of the maids.

The internet service was horrible and I could logg into any apps. I had to watch my shows on my phone

Road noise very loud throughout the night, including motorcycles and tractor-trailer trucks.
Electrical outlet sparked when cell phone was plugged into it.
One outlet in bathroom was not working at all.
The rod holding the shower curtain was loose on both ends causing the curtain to slide to the middle from both ends leaving openings at the front and back of the shower area.
The staff was pleasant and competent.
