Road noise very loud throughout the night, including motorcycles and tractor-trailer trucks.
Electrical outlet sparked when cell phone was plugged into it.
One outlet in bathroom was not working at all.
The rod holding the shower curtain was loose on both ends causing the curtain to slide to the middle from both ends leaving openings at the front and back of the shower area.
The staff was pleasant and competent.

For the price the property is great! The lady at the front desk had good customer service skills. The room was clean and I felt safe. The buffet breakfast was basic no frills. I’m sure it was great for guests without dietary restrictions (I’m vegan). The only real complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was trash. After several attempts to log on to watch the TV in the room and trying to log on through our devices we ended up just connecting to our own mobile hotspot and using my laptop to watch a show.

Frustration
The first thing I noticed was on entering is the inside stinks of smoke because everyone was smoking, both staff and guest on the outside close to the front entrance. I always walk with my Clorox wipes my own pillow/sheets etc. the first room wasn’t clean i went to front desk and told the guy there he asked me what was wrong so i told him dust everywhere floors are dirty. He gave me two keys to check out rooms and choose another I did it wasn’t any better I showered and put my sheet on one of the bed wrapped myself in my fitted sheet with my pillow .
I woke up in the morning getting ready to start my devotion, I looked as my eyes caught something moving it was a small roach was so in shock I grabbed the postcard and crushed it then another one and another one cane I took my phone and started to video then i saw one on the bed while videoing I saw mold on the table it was awful.

Messy Suites
Check in was okay it’s always a hidden deposit. Food was horrible. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was arguing and being messy. Didn’t have a remote to the Tv until 2hrs before I checked out. I asked if I could do a late check and the front desk clerk said no not today. I’m from Arkansas so where they do that at. Just wasn’t comfortable there and want be back.

Property needs better maintenance around the building as a whole my shower curtains were ripped carpet needs to be cleaned and tubs needs updating. The staff was great very friendly courteous and helpful.
