I checked into my room later in the evening after a long drive and found the room condition not safe to support my families medical condition. I returned to the front desk to inform them I would like to check out. I asked for a refund and they stated I would need to call during business hours. I contacted Orbitz to assist and the hotel told Orbitz I did not enter the room and they denied my refund request. This was completely not accurate.
This hotel does not work with customers and I would not recommend.

Pros I would say access to shops and restaurants were relatively close. Staff was nice. We stayed in a king sized room very large. Cons was not well kept. Looks like mold around the tub and magic marker on bathroom wall. Needs updating. But it was just what you pay for. Waiting to find out if and when they are going to correct the double payment.

The check in clerk could not do anything right ran my credit card twice machine said approved and he kept saying catd was no good....we left and stayed at a Red roof inn....no problems at all.

Everything about this place was ideal! It is in a hidden location with little to no people so no disturbance. Also, everything was clean and properly stocked up. You also have the highway exit 3 seconds away from with a bunch of restaurants to choose from. Beyond happy with this area.

Great property however,, mold in the shower, bathroom door wouldn’t shot, no soap holder in shower n wouldn’t stay here again.
