Just a terrible experience overall . The check in took so long . There’s no free breakfast or coffee . The pool has been drained for a long time . For the price paid it was not worth it .

I would never ever book with this hotel again! They will never get my business. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. That’s why all the ratings are so bad. The hotel customer service they provide is so horrible. The front desk lady didn’t know what she was doing.

No coffeemaker in room. Not enough towels. Two pillows so thin as to because jess. Rude checkin at a window so small and so low that we couldn't see the person much. Bathroom door broken and warped with apparent water damage. Nobody is ever available to bring missing items to the room. Scummy neighborhood with people riding bikes into the parking lot unimpeded. NEVER GO THERE.

My family and I were in town for a family. We rented a total of 6 rooms. Every room was bad from the carpet to the shower heads. Graffiti all over the walls stinky rooms. We were all very disappointed since we’ve stayed at windham hotels but nothing like this one. Will not recommend anyone to stay here.

This should be a $60 a night motel. Service, rooms, and safety were all terrible. It’s in a rough place and the ownership shows no care for their hotel. I cannot believe that Wyndham is associated with this place.

Worst place and even worst customer service did not help at all and refused to give money back or make any accommodations. When asking to speak with supervisor we were threaten to get the cops called because the staff did not want to help us anymore.

I have stated many Wyndham Hotels and this was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. I typically don't like to complain about too much but this room was horrible. The was hideous. I am in the process of filing a claim with Wyndham and intend to request a full refund.

Bathroom was stained. I don’t believe nothing has been done to clean the room other than make the bed. Trash in the walkways looks almost like a homeless encampment. Carpet was stained. Walls had holes. They shouldn’t even charge to stay in this. You’re better off sleeping on a bench of a greyhound terminal. People playing loud music at 5am and shouting. No one cares

Scary. Gang tagging written on the lamp shade (with obscenities), and on the wall in the bathroom above the door. Water from shower was a drizzle. Cuts and cigarette burns in bed cover. Toilet paper holder was broken off.
