Staff was excellent, very helpful. Breakfast is an average hotel breakfast. Cleanliness was good except for the big black hairs on the side of the shower wall. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is above average for cleanliness and comfort and is in a convenient location. Would stay here again. Reasonably priced.

Room was clean and bed comfortable but very basic furnishings. Good A/C and TV. Front desk nice. Two room facility items reported to front desk (office chair at desk needs to be thrown away--rips & cracks) + bathroom door had damage on it.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly, heat/ air conditioning worked very well. Only thing we didn't like were the small pillows on the bed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, but there was a musty smell in the room. Not sure if this was do to
the room being located above the pool. The breakfast had something for everyone which was very appreciated. I also enjoyed the convenience of the location right off the interstate and the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cedar Falls.
