Listed check-in time was 3 PM arrived at 4 PM to check in was told the room wasn’t ready. Ask the front desk clerk what was available. He said “you picked the cheapest room nothing is available for that price” I picked the first recommended room by *******. went back-and-forth with the guy for 20 minutes and then he said your room’s ready room was decently clean. We were only there to use the swimming pool didn’t stay the night didn’t eat breakfast. I just feel like if my room wasn’t ready something different would’ve been offered to me.

We only stayed the night so did not use the pool or other amenities. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage links yogurt, waffles and much more.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. The amenities were all great for the family to enjoy, the continential breakfast was good with lots of options available.

Overall, the hotel was ok. Our room was spacious and clean. The issue I had was our room did not lock. You did not need a key to open the door, anyone could just open the door. Even with the deadbolt locked and the hook lock, you could still get in from the outside. We did not realize this until it was too late, and we were leaving. Upon check out, there was no one at the desk to tell and there was just a drop box for the keys.

Food was bare, the hot tub jets werent working correctly and blowing cold water, hair was in tub from who ever stayed there before us. For a booked hotel this even has been known for monthes and still no food for breakfast! That is what most people hope for when staying!
