Friendly staff, clean lobby. The room was nicely lit.
Toilet wasn’t seated properly so it wobbled, the sink was slow draining and whiskers came up while it was draining (I don’t shave), walls in the shower area were streaky and a little sticky, but the shower and tub themselves were nice and clean. The air conditioner definitely needs cleaning; the air smelled of mildew when I turned it on and my eyes were irritated right after.
The mattress was firm and didn’t have sag in the middle or one side as hotels often end up with, but it felt like very little between me and the springs. That being said, the bedding was clean and crisp and didn’t smell of perfume.
I really wanted to like this place, but it didn’t seem like the 8.4 rating it had.

Gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing there to eat. Room was ok.

The owner is super nice, hotel was great for quick one night stay. Very clean and newly renovated. Super happy with this choice

最近入住了集团旗下的喜来登酒店后，我意识到这才是我喜欢的酒店类型，而且我感受到了这里截然不同的待遇。集团旗下酒店的员工大多极其冷漠，甚至充满敌意。
真正让我印象深刻的是，这些员工对自己的酒店抱有完全的主人翁精神，并为自己拥有和经营的酒店感到自豪。还有什么比这更美国化呢？
为我们办理入住的年轻人非常周到。房间总体干净。需要深度清洁（物品背面有灰尘）
干净、舒适的床、热水。价格实惠，满足基本需求。
这是一个友好的地方，但早餐很差，所以提供早餐毫无意义，而且设施也不好。
