The bed was AMAZING, they upgraded our room, staff was friendly and the breakfast was bagels, muffins, yogurt. Perfect

I hope you don't get here in the middle of the night and need to go straight to sleep like we needed to!
I've entered saunas that were cooler than our room when we first entered it! Even my Filipina wife commented on how hot it is in here. It's Phoenix and not "winter"! Ridiculous!

Conveniently located near the We-Ko-Pa ****** Resort and the town of Fountain Hills, this was an excellent choice for our stay.

Stay was nice until we woke up the next morning and the AC had water leaking all over the floor.

I booked thirteen nights with this hotel, due to travel complications I was unable to arrive on day one, when I arrived on day two, I was told there was no reservation for me, it was considered a no show and I would need to rebook.
after two weeks of trying, the hotel would not refund even a portion of my thirteen night stay so my advice is stay elsewhere!

Very basic but didn’t need frills. Extremely clean, all areas are non smoking. Large grassy area for dogs. Only negative is the free breakfast. Bagels, packaged muffins and yogurt are your only choices. Some fresh fruit would be a nice addition. If hungry Denny’s is right next door. I wasn’t in my room except to sleep and it was perfect.
