I have the mattresses need replaced. There’s a definite dip in the middle of the bed.
There was never any trash bags in the trash bins.The trash was not emptied every day.
Drink amenities were not fully filled every day. Not enough sugar and creamer for 2 cups of coffee. And, for me personally, not enough for one cup.

The staff at this hotel is exemplary. You couldn’t ask for nicer more competent people that are so accommodating. The hotel itself is clean and nice and kind of has a fancy feel to it.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. My last time I left something in my room and it was found. The front desk staff had me email them a shipping label and they packaged it up. I had it in my hands within a week. Great customer service. As always.

The front desk receptionist with the blonde 4c hair type, did not enjoy her job she had a bad day and took it out on the customer.
