Room was clean and had been updated since the last time we stayed but the air conditioner was not working so the room was very hot. But the pool area was an issue. The hot tub had a lot of broken tiles, and the sauna was not working. The staff was good. One of the front desk’s attendants were a bit over friendly and kept getting to close for my comfort to my kids. And wouldn’t leave us alone while we were trying to get and eat our breakfast.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unpleasant Room Conditions
Check-in was a terrible experience — the receptionist was rude and completely unwelcoming. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable being greeted at a hotel. The customer service overall needs serious improvement.
The room had a strong musty odor, which made it hard to relax. On top of that, the toilet seat was broken — clearly, maintenance and cleanliness aren’t a priority here.
To make matters worse, at 10am (an hour before checkout), staff knocked on our door saying the owner had asked them to check if we had left. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially since checkout time is clearly stated as 11am.
Honestly, I should have taken the empty parking lot as a sign.
I regret not reading more reviews beforehand. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The overall stay was Ok. The staff treated us like we didnt just pay 100$ a night. The beds weren't really queen size they were full size so that was a little disappointing. But they keep the pool cleaned as well as the hot tub was nice enjoying that.

Regardless, we did not mistreat any of the 4 members staying in your room while they used the facility and resources without our knowledge. Regardless of how much money we get paid, we value you as important as someone who paid much more than you paid. Though we received half the money you mentioned, we still value you as an important guest of our hotel.

Great option for a reasonable rate in the Dells. The room was updated and fairly large… however, we were out of shower gel in the shower pump upon arrival and the pullout sofa mattress was sagging quite a bit but luckily my daughter was still able to use it. (Should be probably replaced). The regular beds were very comfortable.
Overall our stay was very nice because the place was clean and the owners were very friendly. We enjoyed the little pool and hot tub, and breakfast area was kept well stocked. I would stay here again.

Room smelled damp, there was mold on the AC, dust everywhere. Pool floor was unbelievably slippery for small kids, I watched kids fall 5 times in under an hour. Breakfast was mediocre.

******* is worthless!! We didn't get to stay in our room because they booked the wrong weekend after confirmation on the correct weekend. However we were able to get a whirlpool suite across the street for $50 less.
