Was lied to by website. There was no airport shuttle or breakfast offered. Was not aware of this prior to booking my stay. Also was told that there was a $75.00 hold on my card but only got back $68.50 where is my other $6.50?
This whole stay was not what I expected.

酒店回复: We apologize that you were misinformed about no shuttle or breakfast. We have not offered a shuttle since 2018, and never offered a breakfast. The amenities are noted on our property's page on every on line booking site. The $6.50 was refunded to your card on file on 12/03/2025- you should see the refund in 1-2 business days. Thank you!

I guess you get for what you paid for. Very affordable, but it was dirty, the shower handle was broken so I couldn’t take a shower. The night was agitated by other guests slamming doors all night long, so I couldn’t sleep much.

酒店回复: We apologize for your dissatisfaction with your stay. We appreciate your comments and have had the Plumber out to repair the shower handle, that was pulled off at the cartridge in the wall. Shower handles work left to right. Thank you.

The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location felt safe and was extremely convenient. The air conditioning worked great, and overall everything felt well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable rate near airport for late night arrival, quick overnight. Easy check-in. Polite staff, clean very basic room. No breakfast but early morning coffee in lobby.

前台女士态度很差，我不确定她是不是故意的，但仅仅是办理入住的几分钟时间，我就想取消预订去别的地方了。酒店没有班车，而且描述也更新了，因为我有截图证明之前写着现金支付最好，但她却非常粗鲁地、带着不屑地告诉我他们已经四年不收现金了。其他员工都很棒。房间里没有微波炉和冰箱，我以为现在双人房这些都是标配了。泳池很小，晚上灯光也不足。
经理的态度极其不友好，竟然想让我在他们打扫房间的时候离开？经理还不断地从我的卡里扣钱，完全没有任何解释。真不知道还有谁是这样经营生意的，这位经理实在需要好好反省一下。
