I booked a king suite and did not stay in a king suite. staff was rude and unhelpful. I was given a room that they knew had no hot water for three days before we arrived. When moved to a different room, we were met with black mold growing in the ceiling. I asked for a manager and the lady working in the front desk, lied and said that the grounds manager was a manager when in fact he was not. So I was unable to dispute any of this with administration. Thankfully, the Hilton Inn was available and we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay there.

Yes i had roaches in my room and tge floor was weak very weak like you could fall through them.

Staff was a lil bit lackluster and slightly slow. The room was nice and looked to have a few new features. The room did smell like cigarette smoke though. Overall, I had a good time and would come back if need be!

我到得很早，但直到下午 3 点才能办理入住，尽管当时车辆很少。当我终于可以办理入住时，前台人员告诉我房间在办公室后面，但实际上并非在办公室正后方，而是在车道对面。沟通不清楚。浴缸没有插头，所以不能洗澡。必须淋浴，但没有淋浴垫，所以我担心会在浴缸上滑倒，淋浴体验很差！房间里的便利设施很少，只有一小块肥皂，没有沐浴露，只有一个洗发水/护发素盒。早餐根本就不是早餐！它只包含麦片、香蕉、牛奶、果汁、白面包和咖啡/茶。我不认为那是早餐！我花了 208.99 美元住温德姆酒店，但实际上是一家与温德姆有关联关系的戴斯酒店。我是因为温德姆品牌才预订这家酒店的。我本来期望温德姆酒店能提供更好的住宿条件！我应该在凯悦酒店登记，至少我知道他们会提供真正的早餐、淋浴垫、浴缸塞、沐浴露等。我永远不会住戴斯酒店，以后预订温德姆酒店时会非常非常小心！
入住后发现房间清洁不彻底。迷你冰箱还没打扫，里面还有头发和旧污渍。浴室马桶旁边有一只死蜘蛛，马桶底部到处都是脏兮兮的尿渍，侧面也脏兮兮的。我绝对不会再住这里了。
千万别住这里
房间很臭。地板不平。电视连接有问题。前台说“10分钟内”会派人过来，结果我打了三次电话。
早餐简直是笑话。只有一条面包、麦片、牛奶、香蕉和咖啡。没有百吉饼，也没有任何热食。
