It was very clean and a really cute place to stay!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing!

Staff were so friendly and the whole Inn was cozy and welcoming. Not all rooms have an ocean view, but the ocean is literally across the street.

Cynthia at the front desk was amazing! A beautiful inn with a just as beautiful view! Parking on site was super convenient and was a secure lot. Not too far at all from the main square area (Dock Square) that has all of the shopping and restaurant variety you would need. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this inn to anyone!

What a gem! It’s like going back in time to a high end Inn. The rooms were lovely! We played cards in the cozy dining room and the night attendant gave us wine glasses. The sound of the crashing waves made it so romantic and glamorous! Loved loved it

Noisy and uncomfortable.
The room we were given was really worn and outdated. It was so small we couldn’t open our suitcases anywhere, not even on the floor. The bathroom was old and outdated and everything was SO noisy, the toilets flushing and the doors closing in other rooms and the elevator and stairs which were right outside our door. Bed was small and uncomfortable. The best thing about this place was the view when we walked outside of the Atlantic Ocean.

Excellent location, close to beach and only
a 5 minute car ride To Kennebunkport. Free parking and bike usage was great. Latte / Cappuccino machine was hard to use and staff was not interested in helping. No breakfast was disappointing as was the lack of front desk personnel friendliness. They weren’t rude just were typical Maine I guess.
