We went through 2 different rooms that had bugs in either the bed itself, or all around the room. Finally room 3 was clean and clear of any insects.

I would never recommend this place . It’s smelly, dirty and staff was not kind. I accidentally booked for the wrong day and showed up Saturday. So I paid for another night my reservation was for November 8 which I canceled right after checking in. The front desk kept saying you won’t be refunded for my mistake. Which I purchased travel guard and now after multiple phone calls and filing a claim hotel still doesn’t want to issue me a refund. Also I haven’t received my deposit back either

酒店回复: Hotel Response:Just to clear this up for anyone reading — this reservation was not made directly with the hotel. It was booked through a third-party travel website, which means the payment went to them, not to us. When you choose a prepaid, non-cancellable rate, the hotel doesn’t actually charge your card or hold your money — the third party does. We simply receive a notice saying the room is paid and reserved under their terms.Because of that, the hotel cannot refund or cancel anything on a booking we didn’t process. If a guest buys travel insurance (as this guest did), that’s great — that’s exactly what the insurance is for when travel plans don’t go as expected. But those claims and refunds are handled through the travel company and the insurance provider, not through the hotel.Regarding deposits, they’re released immediately after checkout once the room is cleared. If a guest doesn’t see it right away, it’s because some banks take a few business days to post the funds back — that’s standard for all hotels.We always recommend booking directly with the hotel whenever possible, so you know exactly who charged your card and who can help if travel plans change. It avoids this kind of mix-up every time.

The check in was awful the lady took practically an hour at midnight when people just want to go to bed.
Keys don’t work
Awful check in service and how is the deposit $150 for junk.

Reading some of the past reviews we didnt know what to expect. The front desk staff let us checkin a bit early so we could carry on with our day. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Surroundings around hotel we felt safe and had no concerns.Would stay here again for sure!

It’s an older but clean hotel 2 story but no elevator is dawn side. Great location easy on and off I-5
