After the host got off the couch. Check In was a pain. Had confirmation number and because I wasn't there. They made it difficult for my wife. Stay in hotels all the time. Same way. Never had an issue.

Very "dated" facility. Breakfast was limited and lackluster. Room was not adequately stocked with toiletries and was musty. Carpets very worn, walls in need of repair, shower was horrible. All seating in breakfast area had holes and wear marks. Staff was "bothered" when contacted.

My carpet was wet and the room was musty. I booked for 2 nights, but left early after one night due to the nasty room. ******* did not refund my money for the 2nd night. Very disappointed

Hotel is close to highway but room was quiet. Easy access to Charleston. Room was clean, breakfast was good and nicely presented. Room carpet needed some attention for an accessible room.

The sheets, although clean, did have some small holes, which I assumed were from wear and tear. In other hotels they would have been replaced. Also at issue, the room we were given was right across from the elevator, so too many night noises. I am wondering if this is a room where ******* customers are placed due to less expensive pricing. Hotel parking lot appeared to have lots of space, indicating not a full hotel.

One wash cloth. Breakfast hostess was unfriendly. Dirty and run down. Chair seats in dining area worn and needed reupholstering. Needed to be vacuumed. Charged to use luggage cart.
