Front office was never open on time, coffee pots in room were dirty, linen service wasn’t provided, chair in one room was missing a screw and unsafe, tv in other room had lousy picture quality, beds were too high for elderly guest, the entire stay is the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Im humiliated that I exposed my family to this.

Tough Night
Woke up this morning with many small insect bites. I am assuming they are bedbug, as nothing was flying in the room.
Left at 8 am and the office was locked and empty, so there was no one to even notify.
This appears to be a refurbished mid-century Holiday Inn.

2 light bulbs were out took the manager until the next day to come up and change them. Staff not very friendly. Mattresses were high. Pillows were flat.
