That was absolutely terrible. It was freezing cold. The heat didn’t work. And the shower wasn’t hot. Need I say more? Oh right the manager said all of the rooms have the same problem. And just told me to keep waiting. And there was NO breakfast!

I usually have a good experience here, but there were roaches in our room and the front desk didn't follow my request for a room close to the front desk. We will return, but it must be better.
