There were no signs indicating where the entrance was, so we had to drive around the back of the building and it resembled an apartment building more than a hotel. We checked in and weren’t told how to get to our room. So we walked down the only hallway where there was water in the floor, exposed pvc pipes coming out of the wall and a window that looked as though someone shot it. After finding our room we opened the door and cockroaches scattered. We went to the front desk and decided we would find other accommodations. After being told we’d receive a refund that still hasn’t processed.

The room was nice and it suited us for our weekend visit. We had a few unexpected visitors that may need attending to. But the staff was very friendly during check in and check out.

Our room was given away upon arrival but they placed us in a comparable room. Someone came knocking on sliding glass door looking for *****. Pool closed many hours early both nights. Smell of musk in the hallways.

I would never ever in my life stay at this place again. It was a horrible experience. We checked in late, around midnight therefore I inquired about late check out in which i was told we had until 12pm. At about 10:40 housekeeping is constantly knocking on the door in which we keep telling the lady we're staying until 12. At around 11:30am another woman by the name of Katherine in which i've assumed is head housekeeper bangs on the door rudely and tells us we need to leave now. We have 5 mins to leave or she's charging my card again. And also states if we don't leave in 5 mins she's calling the police to remove us. This is all being yelled through the door by the lady Katherine. I go to tell her we were told we have until 12pm to leave and she continues to be loud, nasty and rude telling us there is no note on the account and we better leave or she is calling the cops. Threatening us saying "watch" and then goes on to say we have until 12 to leave or she will call the police. So of course feeling uncomfortable and threatened, we decide its time to leave and start packing up. Meanwhile the lady is in the hallway continuing to shout nasty comments that we can hear through the door as well as any other guest that are still there. As im going to front desk to complain which no one was present i see the lady and politely ask for her name and i also say Thank you and she's still continuing to be very rude and nasty. Also told us we'll be put on the do not rent list.

At check-in, they didn’t know what they were doing and it was 11:30om. They didn’t know what rooms were clean and ready. Our room was ok but there was a nasty towel on shelf above closet area and the bathroom tub was dirty. Towels did not look very clean.

Just one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Hallways reeked of dope, Stained or damaged carpet, Poor/Shotty repair work, melted blow dryer, Pitiful breakfast...seriously, how do you screw up waffle batter? Its painfully obvious that the hotel owner puts all income into THEIR pocket and zero back into this hotel. Be warned.....I wish someone would have warned me. No decent person would stay here unless the circumstances dictated otherwise. (Late at nite, Exhausted, Every other hotel booked....etc) When ******* charged me $115 for the room, I thought "it must be nice ....then I get there after a 13 hour drive and Hotel Cleck shows me my reservation for $80. But $115 came out of my bank account. ******* seriously needs to review this hotel.
