The Americana Village felt like a little oasis in busy South Lake Tahoe. The flowers were beautiful. Will definitely stay there again.

Had my stay in the month of September. The staff was good and welcoming. The rooms were clean although the property looks little old which is not a concern here. The small kitchenette had all essential items. You can prepare your own food if you bring the groceries with you. Parking was available within the property for one car per room. Bread, Donuts, Egg and beverages were available in the breakfast which is part of the package which is fine. Popcorn anytime were good. The kids liked it. Overall, it was a good stay. I'll look forward for another stay next time. Keep it up.
房间设计合理，房间干净整洁，床舒服，周边环境安静，房间有个小厨房，有电炉，煲等，方便自己煮食，洒店位置优越，开车5分钟就有大型连锁超市，附近有歺厅，麦当劳等。
酒店的位置比较方便，周边快餐超市都可以找到，其实应该就是改良升级版的motel,很多当地人度假。免费提供的早餐是限量供应的，鸡蛋一人只能要一个。前台不是24小时的，入住给房间钥匙，然后基本没有什么服务可言。综合各种情况，1000不到的价格整体还是推荐的。
订了5天的房，中间没人打扰，垃圾自己丢。房间睡个觉时盖的是毯子，凌晨会冻醒。
毫无疑问，这是我住过的最好的酒店。舒适度、热情周到的服务以及对细节的关注都超出了我的预期。

酒店地理位置优越，靠近Stateline和市中心，那里有商店和餐厅。

房间小巧温馨，但如果你像我一样夏天来，这里没有空调，只有几台风扇，但根本不够用。房间清洁不是每天进行，我想换毛巾，但不得不去前台拿（用过的毛巾也得自己拿着）。电视遥控器坏了两天了，根本没人管。早餐感觉像是在帮人家忙，你只能提有限的要求。我亲眼目睹过一对夫妇想给住在残疾人房间的老父母准备早餐，服务员却说她不能提供，他们得自己去拿。总之，以后不会再来这家酒店了。
下午4点过后房间还没准备好，我们不得不等着。酒店员工态度很粗鲁。早餐也吃完了。最后，一位员工说我们可以晚点退房，但后来另一位员工却说不可以晚点退房，而且态度很粗鲁，还叫我们滚出去。
延迟入住的体验很差，客户服务很差，没有空调，而且停电很长时间，延迟入住时没有停车位。
