We stayed 2 nights. There were no towels in the room upon arrival. They did not clean the room the 2nd day, only dropped off 2 more towels. The bed was extra firm. About the stiffest I've ever laid in. Pillows were not standard size. They were short and fat. The bed needed an extra blanket. Thankfully, we had brought one with us. There was some hair by corner of bathtub behind the bathroom door indicating the floor was not cleaned very well. We had stayed here once before a year or two ago and were satisfied. Makes me wonder if they had a management change. We won't be staying here again.

明明已经确认预订，入住还是花了20分钟。马桶都快散架了，淋浴间里还有霉。房间里也没什么异味。浴帘太小，地板上积了不少水，毛巾还是那种透明的。房间包含免费早餐，但我感觉应该付钱才对。唉，有得必有失吧。
再也不会选择这家酒店了。
泳池房的地板是光滑的瓷砖，湿脚或湿鞋在上面行走极其困难！早餐糟糕透了，没有新鲜水果、麦片和牛奶。我们要求提供四人份的泳池毛巾，他们拒绝提供超过三条，也没有毛巾架。我们到房间办理入住时，床上没有被子，只有一条卷在衣柜里，我们不得不打电话给前台，为第二张床要一条。这绝对是我住过的最差的舒适套房。
我母亲入住的是无障碍客房，房间里没有电话。工作人员一直说会去取来安装电话，但两天过去了，电话还是没到。
酒店非常老旧。除了大堂，它翻新过。我们住的房间有股难闻的气味，尤其是空调，估计有30年了。所有家具都很旧。
我们8点20分到达早餐区，所有东西都空了。服务员花了很长时间才把炒鸡蛋装满。很多人等了30多分钟才离开，包括我。上菜速度非常慢。我再也不会住这家舒适旅馆了。
外观很有迷惑性。大堂不错，但我们的房间很脏。房间看起来维护得不太好。
客服非常不方便，无缘无故地让入住体验更加困难。房间很干净，但员工和服务很差。
