I wanted to bring to your attention the unacceptable condition of room 210. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom toilet had poop stains, and the shower tub still had liquid shampoo residue, clearly indicating it had not been cleaned. Additionally, the bed near the window had dirty socks left on it.
This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be staying here again.

明明已经确认预订,入住还是花了20分钟。马桶都快散架了,淋浴间里还有霉。房间里也没什么异味。浴帘太小,地板上积了不少水,毛巾还是那种透明的。房间包含免费早餐,但我感觉应该付钱才对。唉,有得必有失吧。
再也不会选择这家酒店了。
泳池房的地板是光滑的瓷砖,湿脚或湿鞋在上面行走极其困难!早餐糟糕透了,没有新鲜水果、麦片和牛奶。我们要求提供四人份的泳池毛巾,他们拒绝提供超过三条,也没有毛巾架。我们到房间办理入住时,床上没有被子,只有一条卷在衣柜里,我们不得不打电话给前台,为第二张床要一条。这绝对是我住过的最差的舒适套房。
酒店非常老旧。除了大堂,它翻新过。我们住的房间有股难闻的气味,尤其是空调,估计有30年了。所有家具都很旧。
我们8点20分到达早餐区,所有东西都空了。服务员花了很长时间才把炒鸡蛋装满。很多人等了30多分钟才离开,包括我。上菜速度非常慢。我再也不会住这家舒适旅馆了。
