The area to pull up to the lobby to unload your car is not only extremely tight,but there is not enough valet staff to accommodate, which means you have to sit there forever because you can’t park until you get the pass at check-in- and there was only one person available at check-in and the line was extremely long. When we finally got to our room, we were extremely disappointed because we had reserved an ocean view room when in fact, we stared at buildings and a parking lot. The only way to have some glimpse of the ocean was to go outside onto the balcony - that can only be accessed through the separate bedroom. Once you do that, you must stand, lean over the railing, and turn your head left. I dare say that counts as an ocean view.
There were no comforters - only a VERY thin blanket on the bed.
The parking garage is down the street and around the corner, which is extremely inconvenient, and that’s putting it mildly.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you need an extra blanket. We keep one extra in every room and we also have additional if you need more than one.

I especially love that one room has a large window and the other room has a balcony both rooms have a view of the beach this comes with the ocean front rooms, my favorite place to stay Oceanaire

From the 30 to 45 minute wait to check in. Than someone stole my items from my cart. Then I didn't have a ocean view or not even a parietal view.

Greeted by a lovely staff who made us feel welcomed. The room was large and immaculately clean. I would recommend this establishment to anyone I know who is looking to stay in Virginia Beach.

Big beautiful king suite with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining table, and living room. Jacuzzi jets in both bath tubs, 2 balconies, 3 tvs: in the living space, bed room, and dining area. Everything was perfect......only thing missing was an on-site restaurant or breakfast option. But plenty food options in the nearby area. Great stay!

Staff was friendly. Room was amazing! Spacious, clean, everything we needed. Kitchen was spotless. Would definitely recommend and look forward to future stays.

This hotel never disappoints! This was my 3rd tine here, and coming back in December! I do wish that the parking was connected and not a block away HOWEVER, there is vallet parking, and parking is free!

Beach view was not great but I knew it would only be partial . Other than that staff was amazing , room was clean , heated pools was a big plus !
