There were not enough sign for direction to lobby and pool and rooms also very dark to find the locations also the restroom seat in the room was to small

This is a lovely “mini resort” in the center of the town (I never really knew there was a town of Palm Desert). It’s clean and has welcoming rainbows and that really fresh hotel smell that only nicer hotels have. Perfect for families.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. I would have given it five stars, but my room as not ready till 4:45 when I checked in. Very enjoyable stay otherwise.

Horrible experience, they put us in a room that smelled smoke initially and then moved us to a room by the pool area in which it was very Loud till early morning, kids couldn’t sleep so we cancelled the rest of the stay, they still charged me for extra day and 4 days of resort fee in which we spent only one night, never again

度假村又大又漂亮，还有两个水滑梯和一条漂流河。房间宽敞明亮，但是卫生间太小了。这里有几家餐厅、高尔夫球场和水疗中心。
这家酒店的奢华感略显陈旧。餐厅是新的，也很不错，房间很大，20年前确实很棒。但整个酒店都透着一股老态。曾经美丽的景观如今只剩下枯萎的植物。泳池边的地毯也破旧不堪，漂流河的喷泉也坏了，一切都还算漂亮，但家具破旧不堪，泳池边整天堆满了垃圾。直到一天结束，才有人清理毛巾和垃圾。这里完全没有奢华的感觉，但酒店本身环境确实不错，不知道这样说你能不能理解。员工服务态度都还可以，但就是没有那种奢华的感觉。如果你期待的是一个舒适的地方，我想你会喜欢这里；但如果你期待的是奢华，那它就达不到我心目中Omni酒店的水平了。也许是我对Omni酒店的期望太高了。这里说的应该是比希尔顿或威斯汀差远了的那种酒店。我不想说得太难听，因为这里其实还不错，但它和我之前听说的兰乔米拉奇Omni度假酒店完全不一样。如果是兰乔米拉假日酒店度假村，我会写一篇完全不同的评论。礼品店的那位女士非常友善，给我们推荐了不错的晚餐，而且在周日下午5点礼宾部不在的情况下，她帮我们做了所有礼宾部的工作。
这个地方太漂亮了，布局也很合理。虽然占地面积很大，但幸运的是，去哪儿都不远。步行就能到达，全家人都非常喜欢这里。
接待人员来得很早，但等了两个小时才给我房间，等的时间太长了。
