The staff is terrible I sat in the room and mind my business I did have company because I got my nails done but it was just one person the other people her husband had left until she got done and they just totally kicked me out after I'd been paying the last two days and I was going to pay again today and they just totally put me out and put me on the do not rent list which is kind of bull crap cuz there's nothing I could have done that they could even come up with they've tried me before like that told me I gave him the wrong phone number but whenever I try to tell him to call the number and I could verify it was right they wouldn't people are very rude and nasty and they make up stuff just so they can't rent you no more if they don't like you that place is terrible terrible service

Friendly and helpful staff! The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Quality brand toiletries and a nice comfortable bed. Walking distance to the Ark, we left the car at the hotel and walked two minutes to the entrance. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again in the future

We were in a non-smoking room and there were burn holes in the sheets and blankets. There was just bread for breakfast. We saw 3-5 roaches. The room was supposed to be soundproof but we heard other peoples tvs and the washing machine. The toilet didn’t flush right and took 30 seconds to a minute to flush.

Super easy check in. Room smelled really nice. I loved the picture above the bed. Everything you might need is in the room. Fridge, hair dryer, iron,coffee,...shower pressure was great and hot. Breakfast options are very limited. I wish they had eggs and bacon, but nope. Only cereals, oatmeal, toast and waffle. Also something (a machine) made a noise multiple times at night that bothered me. But it was very good price. I recommended it.

房间看起来很棒，没有异味，一切都很干净。但是马桶第一次用完就堵了。他们给了我们一个马桶塞，但没人来修，堵了一整天。他们提出帮我们换个房间。表面看起来也还好。噩梦从我们躺下睡觉开始。第三只蟑螂爬到我身上后，一切就都结束了。我不推荐。工作人员很好，但酒店似乎没有喷洒杀虫剂。谢天谢地，一点儿也不像臭虫那么严重。千万别住这里。
这家酒店的房间和清洁度都糟透了。脏乱不堪，摇摇欲坠。床单上满是污渍。浴室天花板上长了霉点。马桶几乎没水冲。我再也不会住这家酒店了。
除了水槽坏了，其他一切都很好。我不得不用淋浴来洗手刷牙。直到女儿睡着了我们才注意到，否则我们早就让人来修了。
