Clean room, great staff. Breakfast was decent but they were renovating their kitchen so I’m sure it will be better after that

The hotel room was quiet, clean and had a working fridge and microwave. Parking is convenient. There is a pool and a gym but no food service

Room was great staff was super nice. Had a suite room with the jacuzzi tub and only thing I can say bad is the TV was to small for the room and not alot of stations to choose from but over all good will come back

The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke and was filthy. Dust bunnies on the floor and had to switch rooms. 2nd one was a little better. Supposedly it was from remodeling that it had drywall dust all in it and workers smoking in it. Also, furnace was completely off in the room. Was 60 deg., had to run the furnace a couple hours to get back closer to normal room temperature.

The room was clean. NO BUG'S, NO RODENTS , the tub did not drain properly we did go to the front desk and the maintenance man came right up within 10 minutes and fixed it . The eucalyptus smell was overwhelming . Especially for people who that have COPD

The hot tub and pool were clean and the temperature was perfect. All staff was very friendly and accommodating!

I want to open this with acknowledging that the premises are under construction/renovation and as such, there's a lot that can't be controlled. I also wanna say that the staff were really friendly and professional!
The property itself was a bit of a mess, however. There were loose construction items outside, the elevator was both dirty and a bit rickety -- it felt like it needed maintenance. Once we got to the room itself, the sink in the bathroom was dirty -- residual toothpaste from a previous tenant as well as some grey water marks (which may have been from a dirty rag?), and the tub had a leak that was so bad that the carpet in the bedroom area was soaked. We made sure to report that in case there was structural damage to the wall and subfloor/ceiling of the room beneath us.
The rest of the suite was as clean as it could be -- there were magenta stains on the living room area floor and some other stains on the red chair, but it was clear that the staff had vacuumed and provided fresh linens, so they were doing what they could with what was there. We were in a suite (room 309). Once renovations are complete I'm sure it'll be fantastic, especially if the accommodations end up matching the stellar staff. I'd stay here again after it's complete!
