I did not stay. I looked at the room, which was filthy, and walked back out to check out.
The floor was dirty, there were stains on the bath towel, there was no soap, no shampoo, no lotion. I did not stay long enough to check anything else. Disgusting.
I will give another star for service IF they return my money as promised.

When the regular restaurant was open the food smells were very strong though out the building. (Didnt use the restaurant/bar or pool)
Security- we had to keep testing that the room entry door was locked upon going out it opened if you didnt pull hard. Most hotels have locked general public entry doors but this hotel are unlocked 24/7. We couldnt get the balcony sliding door to lock but after some observation found the push pin at the back of the door. Halls had cameras
Room and bath area were very clean and ok for 2 adults Four would be a little tight unless going right to sleep. Desk/chair and additional cushioned chair. Area to put luggage and hangars. Hand soap provided by sink and bath area had 2 types. Hair dryer and iron provided.
3 foot freezer/fridge, medium microwave and 43 inch tv. Coffee, soda machine and ice in front lobby only. We walked to 3 different ice machines which werent working
There were washers and dryer $1.85US per wash (didnt use) at rear
i would recommend bringing a sound machine or setting the ac heat fan to drown out noise during the night if u are a light sleeper. OTR trucks and commercial vehicles on site so people coming and going all hours highway 83+76 very close as well.

房间问题很多。前台说没有其他房间了。问题包括：抵达时没有热水，地板上有污渍，床边有污渍，马桶很脏，电视也“没有信号”。第二天早上热水来了，但是打开水龙头的时候控制旋钮掉了。我们喜欢床很舒服，而且地板没有铺地毯。
酒吧是酒店的一大亮点。早餐种类非常有限，就像所有二三星级的酒店一样。餐厅很宽敞，咖啡也不错。由于人手不足，酒店的迎宾服务不太友好。那位女士态度粗鲁，而且太匆忙。这或许只是个例，但确实让人感觉不太受欢迎。我来卡莱尔已经20多年了，觉得这家酒店是哈里斯堡派克路上最好的。
房间里气味难闻。我们一打开门就闻到一股令人作呕的霉味和尿骚味。墙上有洞，油漆也剥落了。就连水龙头一打开都散发着异味。开了15个小时的车，我们在附近找不到其他酒店房间，只好在那里睡了几个小时就赶紧离开了。忍受了那股可怕的气味之后，我们连咖啡和早餐都不想尝试。
方便中途停留
房间舒适，但由于道路和窗户质量不佳，房间有点霉味，而且非常吵。合作餐厅“皇家厨房”非常棒，泳池也非常舒适。
含早餐，选择不多，但食物美味又新鲜。我住得很愉快。
酒店内的餐厅允许吸烟，因此整栋楼都弥漫着香烟味。床单很脏，上面有明显的血迹，浴室里长了霉菌，淋浴也很糟糕。我们的脚上还被什么东西咬了。
