This chain is generally very nice. This morning very disappointed with the front desk associate, she was not friendly and too busy outside to replenish forks for the breakfast buffet.

Decent room, areas of the bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in forever, thought the front desk clerk was a guest or a homeless person sitting out front - not in appropriate attire nor much of a greeting - breakfast area was down - room was fine and AC was great

Desk Clerk at check-in very rude. Room was not ready but understandable since we arrived an hour before official check-in. When I said we would wait until the 3:00 pm check-in time, the desk clerk (Holly) said the room probably would not be ready then either and could not give me a time when it would be.

The hotels appearance looked new. We were impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the room. The air conditioner/heater was the only negative. Luckily we did not need it as when it was running it poured a foul smell into the room.

Ended up not staying here. We originally booked for 3 nights and upon arrival they notified us they double booked our room for the first night. They did offer to have us stay in a queen room, not the king suite I had booked a month previously. They would have us switch rooms the next day. For medical reasons, we needed the couch and that wasn't going to happen.

This was very frustrating and when the manager was contacted by the front desk staff he seemed unconcerned.

The parking lot had trash in it and I would never book here again. I do have to say the staff at the front desk were nice.

We did stay at Country Inn and Suites in Harrisburg and it was wonderful.

Room was at 62 F when I arrived. It took more than an hour for room to warm up. Loud Highway Traffic Noise adjacent to motel. No Hot Water. Could not take a bath nor shower.
