Room was clean service was good my only problem here is they have a $100 deposit I wasn't told about til check in and then was told it would be reimbursed upon checkout and it's been 2 days now and I've yet to receive it

Let’s just say when you go into your room and you find a bathtub with sewage back up in it it just goes downhill from there. Then add to the fact that when I booked I booked for the 30th check out the 31st. You guys send it back Check in the 31st check out the first I had to pay for a night that I didn’t stay. I’m not happy with them. I’m not happy with you and I doubt if you have any more business for me.

Upon checking into the room, there was a sketchy vehicle parked 2 feet outside of the door did not feel safe walking into begin with after that once I entered the room the air smelled funky, and there was dead roaches behind the bed and around the floor

This property exceeded my expectations. We booked it last minute bc it was convenient for our trip. The room was clean, updated, and quiet for a motel. I would stay again.

The location was decent and near the highway. I had earwigs coming into the room through the hole in the door. We were on the first floor. There were some upgrades, but on the whole the place looked a bit worn out. Very nice people at the desk.

While the room was clean and bug free, that is it. The bed was worn out, linens stained and threadbare, mismatched paint patching, smelled like stale smoke, and didn’t even have a USB charging port. Breakfast offerings were a joke with not a bit of protein or fruit. The place is in need of a lot of maintenance and to understand that when people travel, they need to feel comfortable and safe.

Worst Days Inn ever
I'm disabled and use a wheelchair, I expressly requested a handicap room. I couldn't get into the room with my chair farther then the bed next to the door. Then the hotel is connected to a truck stop, which I don't remember is the description. Overall I am very disappointed.

The food was good and the room was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Only problem was the room wasn't dark enough and (no fault of the facility) someone staying in next room was up partying all night being very loud and obnoxious!
