The staff (front desk) was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The room I got was very large, clean, and comfortable. It was obviously renovated. The area is quiet and walkable. The price was great, making this a great value. I recommend this place without a doubt.

customer service was terrible. Continental breakfast was a joke. The place is rundown mattresses had springs hanging out the sides and it was dirty. Would not stay there again.

I would be aware that the lady that works the front desk, if you argue with her she will set a tone like she is ready to fight. Great way to run a buisness and be professional!

Had a hot straightener so was waiting a few minutes after 11 for it to cool down and the housekeeper gave me attitude. The front desk attendant that checked me in was very hospitable on the other hand.

The check-in lady was great, walked with me to the room to make sure the room was acceptable. Some dude hanging out outside down the hall, drug dealer? I dunno. Non-smoking room, bathroom stunk. Room was clean.

I found that this property was not cleaned as well as it should have been. When you put on your socks and walk across the floor to the TV or dresser and the bottom of your socks are already brown..that tells me that the room was not cleaned. We had to ask for towels when it clearly stated there would be 3 adults and then we were told that they did not have enough wash cloths. They gave us 1 for 3 adults. This is not a place I will stay again.
